Weekly movement for those typically do not have access to fitness facilities or classes!
- Weekly fitness classes at £4.00 per class
- Adults with learning difficulties (18+)
- Carers attend for free (no booking)
- Available for Pay As You Go users
- Free parking for Blue Badge Holders
